CHUMPOWER was established in 1981. It was the first batch of potential backbone enterprises of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. It started with precision parts for mechanical equipment. Currently, the precision parts department supplies major machine tool manufacturers at home and abroad precision drill chucks, spindles, toolholders and even medical use. The blow molding machine business department created the first fully automatic PET blow molding machine in Taiwan in 1994. So far, it has developed into the largest supplier of PET blow molding equipment in Taiwan and the world's main supplier. Its blow molding machines currently supply more than 80% of Taiwan's PET mineral water bottle production capacity, more than Ninety percent of the machines are exported to 103 countries around the world.
General Manager Xie Shulin said that CHUMPOWER has the world's fastest linear blow molding machine - a high-speed single-cavity model with a capacity of 2250 hours per hour, which is hard to come by even major European manufacturers. In the past, CHUMPOWER focused on the field of precision machinery. In recent years, it has developed towards smart machinery. CHUMPOWER has been successful in developing smart manufacturing for many years. In addition to being a smart machinery demonstration factory of the Machinery Association, this year it was also recognized by the Industry Bureau as a smart factory mold demonstration factory. At the Taipei International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition that just ended this year, CHUMPOWER's BottleViewer intelligent blow molding system also won the Smart Machinery Award, one of the three major awards this year.
CHUMPOWER currently has 5 factories in Taiwan and China with a total area of over 72,000 square meters. Looking forward to the continuous growth of the water and beverage market and the current full production capacity, CHUMPOWER has simultaneously launched plant expansion plans in Taiwan and China. A new plant of more than 15,000 square meters in Putian, China will be opened by the end of this year. Erlin's entry qualification is expected to develop a 60,000-square-meter smart manufacturing park and build Asia's largest two-stage linear blow molding machine manufacturing base, injecting strong growth momentum into the business goal of multiple growth in medium and long-term performance.
